Delivery

All of our items are bespoke, so they are made to order. We quote 6 weeks delivery time from the time you place your order. 

We don’t have a showroom however do offer a full delivery and installation service. 

Depending on when your order is placed, we will be able to deliver on weekends. 

Payment

Ordering with The Orange Company is simple. Add your products to your basket by clicking on quick buy or by clicking add to cart on the product page. From there you can click checkout and pay with your preferred method of payment. 

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. 

If you don’t wish to pay with a credit card, you can alternatively pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal.  

Yes, all of our prices are VAT inclusive. 

Your Order

We will let you know via email when your order has been manufactured and is ready for delivery & installation. 

If you wish to make a complaint for any reason please send us an email to info@theorangecompany.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately we cannot offer any returns on our items as every piece is bespoke and is made to order. If you have any problems with your items we would like to help solve them- you can contact our customer service team at info@theorangecompany.co.uk.

We ensure there all of our products are of the highest quality. From the manufacturing process to the delivery process, we carry out quality-checks every step of the way. Upon delivery and installation, we will only leave when you’re 100% happy with the products.
